XBox 360 Kinect

The XBox 360 Kinect is one of the newest gaming units to hit the market. It has taken the gaming world to another level, with the ability to be completely wireless and use the person’s body movement to play games and use the system. The XBox 360 Kinect features:

Full body gaming

This means that the person uses their entire body to play a game. There is no control to use to play, the XBox 360 Kinect follows and responds to the person that is playing. Even when there are multiple players, playing the system responds to all players within the game. It uses sensors to play.

Players have avatars on the XBox 360 Kinect and to begin game play only takes a movement in front of the system for the Kinect to recognize the player. Different games can be accessed continually through body movement and players can move from one game to another easily.

The XBox 360 Kinect also is able to respond to and accept voice commands as well. Although movement is used, a person can use their voice to interact with the game system. Users can control the entire system with their voice as well to access games, information, movies and more.

There is also the option of using the XBox 360 Kinect for movies, music and sports too. The Kinect provides HD sound quality and there are such programs available as Zune, Last.fm and ESPN available.

There are parental controls available on the Xbox 360 Kinect and security options to change. Settings can be changed to whatever is necessary for the gaming, music, movies and sports.
